WWFHA's 15th Anniversary Event
Join Us on Sunday September 10!
We cordially invite you to attend WWFHA’s 15th Anniversary event on Sunday September 10th at Spartan Recreational Center in Shoreline. We welcome players, parents, siblings, grandparents, and alumnae to this special event to help celebrate fifteen years of girls’ hockey under the WWFHA banner!
We’ve come a long way together and we hope you will help us celebrate this major accomplishment in girls' hockey in Washington State as we continue to empower girls through the sport!
Wear your WWFHA apparel and your sneakers for an active event!
Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: Spartan Recreation Center - 18560 1st Ave NE, Shoreline, WA 98133
Activities include:
- A short introduction - A small silent auction*
- Awards - Poster making
- Floorball demo - A Wild surprise!
- Engineered Sports demo - Free T-shirt for all players
- Pro-staff & WWFHA information tables - A league (WWFHL) meeting
- WWFHA history & Award table - And more!
Silent Auction
During the anniversary event we are hosting a small silent auction to help raise money for WWFHA's scholarship fund!
Below lists a few items that will be featured:
- Olympian Michelle Picard’s Team USA backpack and Riveters’ poster
- Hockey Softies ‘Wild Things’
- Brett Hull and the Stanley Cup with the Dallas Stars - signed & numbered framed picture
- PNW Sports Basket featuring the Canucks’ collector pack from the 2011 playoff run, Aquasox and Reign tickets, signed Sounders’ beanie hat
- Themed Team Goodie Baskets
- WWFHA apparel package featuring a onsie jumpsuit and more

There are 2 ways you can help:
1. Volunteer your time
– arrive at 1:30pm to help set up and break down (at 4pm)

2. Donate an Item to the Silent Auction – Help Aid WWFHA’s Financial Aid Scholarship Fund
– Donate a small, unique item or fun basket to help raise funds for the Financial Aid Scholarship Fund, which gives more girls the opportunity to play the sport of ice hockey. Email Zoe Harris for more information!
