While efficiency efforts at the individual building level are necessary to cut energy use and greenhouse gas emissions, cohesive implementation at the campus, district, and city levels are critical to NYC reaching its 80x50 goals.
A panelist of experts will discuss what it takes to achieve district-wide energy savings by dissecting the successes and challenges of creating Sheridan College's energy plan, as well as those of other campuses and districts. These lessons learned will be presented for adaptability to NYC's goals.
