This week we have to say a sad goodbye to our Service manager Kath Hill who has been with Changes Bristol for the last 5 years, and 3 years as our Service manager.

Kath began as a volunteer helping to facilitate our Hartcliffe meeting and then became our first Project Worker supervising meetings, volunteers and dealing with administration.  She then stepped up to become the Service Manager in very difficult circumstances and proceeded to excel in the position whilst expanding the service.

The last 3 years have been a very interesting and dynamic time for Changes, we have evolved as a charity and expanded the amount of people we help.

Working with Kath has been a wonderful experience, an incredibly hard working and conscientious person, always thinking of others and working beyond the call of duty.  Sharing an office with Kath is always fun, although her love of Norwegian heavy metal music can be somewhat trying! Resourceful and creative, Kath always has something to offer every situation, with great ideas, and a thoughtful and caring demeanor.

I and our board of Trustees have nothing but admiration for Kath and we are very sad she has decided to move on to pastures new.

We would like to pass on our thanks and those of the many volunteers who she has trained and supervised and wish her every success in the future.

WE WILL MISS YOU KATH!
