Last Chance to Register for OVCT Workshop: Performance Management that Fits Your Organization

Does your organization's performance management process meet the evolving needs of both your organization and your employees?
On September 22 from 2-4:30 p.m. Marcia Silverberg with HR Directions will lead a workshop to help Executive Directors and Human Resource Directors:
- Learn best practices for engaging and meaningful performance management processes and forms,
- Understand how competencies are at the center of an effective performance management process,
- Reflect on how performance management fits into the overall Talent Management Cycle (from hire to retire) of your organization,
- Consider special considerations for nonprofit CEO evaluations and succession planning, and
- Assess your current process and consider opportunities for improvement.
When: Friday, September 22, 2-4:30 p.m.
Who: Nonprofit Executive Directors and Human Resources Directors
Cost: $30 for One Voice members, $60 for non-members
Marcia Silverberg is Principal of HR Directions, the boutique consulting firm she founded in 1998. With more than 30 years in human resources and IT executive positions with organizations of all sizes--both for profit and nonprofit--she is passionate about working with mission-focused organizations as a coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant, and a board member.
