This year we will hear from Alliance Defending Freedom's attorney Ken Connelly as our Keynote Speaker. Unwavering in his defense of religious freedom, Connelly also speaks and writes on topics involving his casework. Religious freedom is critical in a secular whose laws are marginalizing people of faith. Ken Connelly will help us understand how important the defense of religious freedom has become.
“For much too long the ACLU have had access to the Courts without being challenged by ‘our side,’ according to Sellner. “Now we get to hear from an attorney whose organization has been fighting in the trenches for the values we hold dear.”
We are also pleased to honor Jo Tolck as Catholic Defender of the Year. She has been steadfast in defense of the right-to life, both pre-natal and end-of-life. Her work is highly regarded, not only as a role model of courage, but also for her ability to engage others in the pro-life movement.
Sellner refers to this year's Dinner as a "real double header."See more: Ken Connelly - Jo Tolck
