Inclusive Conversations is a Conversation Series to Develop Empathy, Deeper Connections and Heal Our Divides.

Racism harms everyone. Our inability to identify with each other and unite across race has prevented us from attaining equality and liberation for all women and has created barriers to achieving our collective human potential, among other harms.
 
This is why Laura Haykel and Karen Fleshman have combined forces to bring women of color and white women to the table to discuss topics like white supremacy, racism, white privilege, discrimination, unconscious bias, inequality, and other topics with each other in front of live audiences.
 
Our mission is to find ways to unite and stand on the right side of ‘herstory’ together.
  
This series of interactive events will bring women of color and white women together to learn how to 'relate across our differences as equals.' as Audre Lorde taught us.

The goals of facilitating these conversations are to build trust and empathy, strengthen our power to break the chains of white supremacy and empower ourselves, each other and our communities.
