The Indigenous Food and Agriculture Initiative will be hosting a series of Food Policy Roundtables around Indian Country in the coming months.

These roundtables will be a place to discuss issues related to food access and food sovereignty and the feeding programs that many of our community members rely upon. We will focus on FDPIR, SNAP, WIC, School Lunch, Summer Food, and more.

We will also lead a discussion of the upcoming 2018 Farm Bill and potential opportunities for Indian Country in the critical legislation.

You can also send us your thoughts and input by emailing us at: food@uark.edu.  All ideas are welcome.

We need YOUR help and YOUR voice!
