The Lakewood Planning Commission is beginning a dialogue on development issues that are important to residents and business owners in the city. We want to talk about growth, change and the quality of life in Lakewood.  City staff and Planning Commissioners are hosting a series of open houses and have launched a new online platform for residents to join the conversation, all with the goal of collecting input on issues the Planning Commission, City Council and residents of Lakewood want to address.

Your ideas and feedback can help us balance the opportunities and pressures of growth in Lakewood. This dialogue will inform us on ways to update zoning rules and development standards.
