 New Member Sunday, October 1. Joining Abiding Grace only requires filling out a simple new-member form available at church or online. We will be welcoming new members at worship on Sunday, October 1. At 9:15 that morning, Pastor Nick will meet with new members in the Women in Stitches room to help everyone get to know each other and to learn more about Abiding Grace. After church we will meet at Karen Hurtado’s home for lunch to continue our conversation. If you would like to join please contact the church office and we will happily add you to the celebration!

 Tuesday evening Bible study led by Pastor Nick meets at 7:00 p.m. in the "Women in Stitches" room. A short study on the book of Jonah ends this week, and a new study begins next week, September 26. ALL are welcome!

 Cooking oil for GRACE. We collect cooking oil for the GRACE Food Pantry in Grapevine. Abiding Grace is the only church providing this popular staple. The next time you're at the grocery store, please consider picking up a few 48 oz. bottles of any type of cooking oil and drop them off at the church any Sunday. Thank you.

Briarwood Invitational. A golf day benefiting the Briarwood Retreat Center will be held on Friday, October 20, at Bridlewood Golf Club in Flower Mound. Registration and breakfast are at 7:00 a.m., golf begins at 8:30, and lunch and awards follow. Individual and company sponsorship are available. Cost is $95 and you can register online.
