This is a reminder to get your deed restriction survey in by 7:00pm Friday Sept 15th.
The board is going to be meeting and discussing the issues at hand and we need to get the final deeds drafted and ready for the attorney to review.
Currently we have only received responses from 54% of the homeowners. We thank those that have already responded, however, this is well below what is needed to make the changes and updates to better reflect the times.

The deed restrictions for Greycliffe were written in October of 1995. Since that time, the neighborhood has evolved and some items need to be updated.
Each homeowner should have received a packet in their mailbox with information regarding these proposed Deed Restriction changes and a voting ballot. In order to make a change, each ballot issue will require the consent of at least 75% of homeowners.
There are 7 changes that are being proposed and full details will be in the packet that will be delivered within the next few days. They are:
- Vehicles and Parking
- Docks and Stairways
- Maintenance Charges
- Window Treatments
- Fencing, Swimming Pools and other Above Ground Improvements
- Establishment of Grades; Drainage Plan
- Use of Quarry Lakes
