MITCHELL COLL's (Architect) HOME www.collarchitecture.co.nz
This project consists of two small 74 square meter adjoined town houses on a 300 square meter central city site.  They are designed specifically for young professionals with energy efficiency, sustainability and durability at the forefront of all decisions made, while making no compromises with aesthetics.  Floor plan and volume efficiencies were made where possible to keep energy and costs to a minimum, for both building and running the home.

Mitchell Coll started fulltime work as an Architectural designer in 2003, but exposure to the industry stems from as far back as early childhood, with his father running his own architectural business for over 20 years. Mitchell worked for various firms before starting Coll Architecture in 2009, prior to the earthquakes.

Coll Architecture is a small design practice offering a personalised service for people looking to build their dream home. They specialise in complex builds that require a thought-through design solution for the clients and the site. After working on over 1,100 projects of various sizes and complexities throughout the South Island, Mitchell brings substantial experience to the table.

Combined with the support of a friendly and motivated team, Coll Architecture delivers the design services clients deserve. Over the past 10 years, Mitchell has worked on a large variety of projects including many large and small residential houses, both on the hill and on the flat, as well as multi-unit developments, motels, churches and other light commercial buildings.

DINNER AT SPEIGHT'S ALE HOUSE
After viewing Mitchell's amazing home, we'll wander around the corner to the Speight's Ale house for dinner and a 15 min catch up session on site selection progress thus far.

Looking forward to seeing you at our last networking meeting for the year!
