Starting this week, I will be teaching a weekly 7am Sunrise Hatha Yoga Class ☀️
When: Friday Mornings
Class Description :
"Early to Bed , Early to Rise" and " The Early Bird Gets the Worm" are age old mantras that ensure that we can get the most out of our days when we make time to rise early. Here are a few of the many benefits of an early morning Yoga practice, including mental and emotional balance throughout the day, practicing early is ideal as yoga is best experienced on an empty stomach, it regulates sleeping habits, muscles can loosen easier in the morning. This class will focus on a practice that is suitable for all ages and body types. Each class will focus on standing postures, inversions, backbends, twists and forward bends. Every Last Friday of the month the sunrise class will focus on Gentle and Restorative poses to let go of any stress accumulated during the month to create space for more energy in the next coming month. Hot Tea will be availble each class ☕️
