TG Platform Administrator Update: Friday 15th September
Please see below for a list of the releases this week, as well as an outline of what is scheduled for the upcoming week.
TG Platform Releases: Week 4/9 - 8/9
Membership
  • Ability to create and download your members’ custom questions and answers, via the Report builder tool:
    http://tghelp.sportstg.com/help/how-do-i-report-on-custom-questions
  • This release means you are no longer required to request a custom data export from SportsTG, and instead can now customise and download this report directly from your TG Platform Console
  • Bug fixes and enhancements
Competitions
  • Ability to import a fixture via a template, as part of the competition creation process
  • Team Manager login via Webpage – player, statistic, and results entry
  • Bug fixes and enhancements
Scheduled Releases
SportsTG has publicised a business roadmap for TG Platform which can be accessed here: http://sportstg.com/platform-road- map/

This is updated on a monthly basis, and represents the overall deliverables for the
business throughout that month.

 
Password Update – TG Administrator Console
As a built in security measure, the system will prompt administrators to update their password every 90 days. When you attempt to login using your original password at the 90 day cycle, you will be presented with a password update screen.

This is in line with Salesforce's procedural measures to maintain the highest level of data protection and security.

 
Refunds

Refunds are currently being managed at the national level. For any refund requests, please email miranda.frisken@baseball.org.au

SportsTG wishes to advise that an issue with the ability for the national level to process a refund of a transaction was found this week, our team are currently working on fixing this and will provide an update once resolved.
