The playbook offers specific strategies and actions that are proven to increase the representation of women in engineering and computing fields. A product of a partnership between AAUW and Dell, the playbook was inspired by a series of co-hosted convenings that brought together academics and technology corporations to discuss research-supported diversity and inclusion strategies and actions that have proven successful in the workplace.
