I just got back from two weeks in Ireland. What a beautiful country! Good food, good music, friendly people, and some of the most spectacularly beautiful landscapes I’ve ever seen. If I was an artist, I could spend the rest of my life painting Ireland.

Castles, great houses, lush gardens, and dolmens (ancient portal tombs) were among the highlights. The Cliffs of Moher on the west coast plunge four hundred meters to the Atlantic Ocean. On the day we were there, the winds hit close to 100 miles per hour and they ended up closing the tourist areas on the cliffs for safety. We still got some great pictures.

I also got an idea for a new Libby book. That’s right, I’ve started on Chameleon Assassin 4 and have the first five chapters written. Part of the book will be set in Ireland.
The epic fantasy trilogy I am working on has been set aside for a little bit. I have about three quarters of the first draft of book 1 finished (about 300 pages), but I’ll finish the Libby book first, and then return to the trilogy.
