WCF Trip to Chateau Thomas Winery: Join us on October 12, as we travel to Chateau Thomas Winery, in Plainfield, In, to experience a wine tasting and tour. Cost is $5 per person and includes 5 tastings of your choice. Cheese trays will also be available for $8, if desired. Fall Mission Trip: The upcoming mission trip to Ferguson, MO has been cancelled due to the violence/upheaval presently occurring in that city as well as the entire St. Louis area. Please join us as we pray for safety and a peaceful resolution to this conflict.
CGFAA Presents-Bye, Bye Birdie!: The Center Grove Fine Arts Academy will be performing "Bye Bye Birdie" at Howe High School October 27-29 and November 3-5, 2017.
Tickets will be available online at

All shows begin at 7:30 P.M. with the exception of Sunday performances and they begin at 3:00 P.M.

1-2-3 Serve: This month's Serve project is called Kic-It! We are encouraging families to collect items for "Blessing Bags" to give to this non-profit organization dedicated to helping youth in Johnson County. Please collect the following items to place in your bags:
1. Travel-size hygiene items
2. Chap stick
3. Pop-top or easy to open snacks
4. Socks
5. Hand warmers
6. Sanitizing wipes
7. Poem or Bible verse
Pick up your bag at the Family Ministries kiosk, purchase your items and take it to Kic-It located at 592 Ironwood Dr, Franklin, IN. Office hours are M-Thurs from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. Remember to post your pictures to our Facebook page with the name #cgckicit.
Flu Shot Clinic: On October 8 we will be hosting a Flu Shot Clinic with St. Francis Hospital following the second service. The nurses will be here from
11:30 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Shots are $37.00 and they do bill some insurance companies. For those who don't have insurance the shots are $10 for adults and $10 for children. Be sure to protect yourself and those you love! Get a flu shot!
New Sunday Morning Study-"A Love Without Limits": Join us as we learn how a world-changing love is possible in a broken world. This 6-week class will begin on Oct 22. Books are $8.00. If you are interested in joining, please let Heather Hayden know by phone at 317-797-0738 or email at

Fall Fest: We are collecting individually wrapped candy for Fall Fest (October 31). You may place your donations in the silver trash bins located in the lobby. Thank you for your generosity!
CGC Fall Festival!: Join us on Tuesday, Oct 31 from 6-8 P.M. on the front lawn of the church for an evening of spook-tacular fun! There will be games, candy, hayrides, costume contests, food, and new this year,
free horse rides throughout the evening.

Worship Support Team Needs You!: Interested in doing some other type of volunteering? Need something easy to do on Sunday morning? You've come to the right place. We are looking to add volunteers to the Worship Support Team and we need people to do sound and/or lyrics for the 9:00 service. It's not hard and we won't fire you if you make a mistake.
