It's busy at Canaan headquarters in Burqin as farming families and our staff get ready for the coming olive harvest. The harvest means hard work, good meals and warm times together with extended family and friends. 

Under the shade of ancient olive trees, our farmers and their families will labor together and celebrate the most important and the most joyful season in Palestine – the olive harvest! The harvest will yield the perfect organic and fair trade olive oils for which Canaan Palestine is becoming famous.
