To give you an update, my newsletters are now being sent bi-weekly, and the 'guess my location' promotion & quiz will still go out on a monthly basis.  

Last weekend I visited a college friend of mine who just closed on his gorgeous 2 bedroom condo in Hoboken NJ.  Not having paid attention until now, I've noticed that the majority of my friends from the graduating class of 06' have purchased their first homes in or around Hoboken New Jersey.  All are employed at companies in NYC and commute into Manhattan via the Path, ferry, train or the Port Authority Bus.   
    
Being that my job is selling in NYC, it's a difficult reality to see.  The takeaway is that NYC continues to be a challenge for successful millennial professionals, and a city where hurdles of entry continues to be high for those in the market.
