Tuesday Night Ladies Bible Study has Begun!
Tuesday Night Ladies Bible Study has resumed! This study will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Church Library and we're excited!
The Story of Reality by Gregory Koukl is a book about taking the Gospel into a world that is very different from the one many of us grew up in. The story is the same - TRUTH doesn't change, but society has. Our goal will be to equip ourselves and each other to put the Story into the context of the time in which we now live. It will be a study that can grow into more as our own understanding of the TRUTH deepens. It will make us more capable of sharing with others and also help us stand up to opposition.
Debbie Olson has written the study - and will teach it as well. She's a high school teacher, so you need not worry about it being over your head or only for mature Christians. All of us will be learning together how to take His Story into our individual worlds where God has placed us.
Our study should run about 9 weeks. Come and join us - we welcome you - from college and career age on up. We want to meet you and get to know you.
We'd like a count so that we have enough books on hand that first week. Would you kindly call Shaunah Tanner and let her know if you plan to attend or if you need further info? We'll be ordering books at the end of August.

ALPHA is an evangelistic course which seeks to introduce the basics of the Christian faith through a series of talks and discussions. No follow up. No charge. Alpha is for anyone who is curious about the Christian faith. The talks are designed to encourage debate and explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, honest and informal environment.

Every Thursdays, at 6:30 pm. That's the time for you to invite those who don't have a relationship with the Lord. They'll enjoy a meal and a video to spur their interest in attending the entire 10-week series. Pray no for the Lord to bring people into your life that you can invite. Invitation cards are available at the Welcome Center. We will receive new guests through October 1st.
The Alpha Core team will meet for team prayer at 6:00 pm.
