On the cover of the upcoming TRJ #77, we have Richard Rawlings' Hemi-powered '34 Ford coupe. The "554"-inspired five-window was built by the team at Gas Monkey Garage in Dallas, Texas, along with guest builder Brian Bass. It runs a blown and injected early Chrysler and has plenty of power to back up its no-nonsense look. Stay tuned for the full feature later this fall.
As a subscriber, you won’t have to pay sales tax or additional shipping, and you’ll receive the collectible subscriber version of each issue with a barcode-free cover shipped right to your door in a secure cardboard envelope. And as a bonus, you’ll also receive an exclusive double-sided TRJ poster each year for the holidays. We believe a subscription is an excellent value when you consider the quality and quantity of hot rod, custom car and vintage racing information packed into every issue.
The historic Eddie Dye Model A was originally built by the Ayala Brothers and features metalwork by Whitey Clayton. From the streets of So-Cal to Bonneville to the silver screen, this car has lived quite the life. It's now owned by New Jersey's Tom Bobowski, and with the help of his son Jim, the '29 is being restored by Jimmy White and the Circle City Hot Rods team. Look for it on the cover of TRJ #77.
In the past year or so we have added pages and features to the magazine. Recent issues of TRJ have averaged more than 170 pages and we’ve increased the frequency of the popular gatefold posters. In the coming year we plan on making The Rodder’s Journal even better yet. We’ll let you know what we have in store a little later, but we hope we can count on your continued support.

To renew before our subscription price increases, simply send your renewal form in the pre-paid envelope included with every issue, click the red box above, or call customer service at (800) 750-9550. We can’t wait to provide you with every issue of The Rodder’s Journal for a long time to come!

Sincerely,
Steve Coonan
