We are excited to announce that we already have a keynote speaker lined up for the 2018 Annual Conference: Karyn Ross!

An internationally acclaimed consultant, coach, and practitioner, Karyn is the co-author of the Shingo award-winning The Toyota Way to Service Excellence: Lean Transformation in Service Organizations. Focused on services, Karyn teaches people how to combine creativity with Toyota Way/Lean practices. This enables them to create more effective and efficient ways of working so that they, and their customers, flourish, thrive and grow for the long term. 

A practicing artist, with an MFA in Sculpture, Karyn specializes in developing people’s ability to confidently use their creativity and critical thinking skills to satisfy customers, solve problems and fulfill their purpose.

JOB OPENING: 
 
Innovative Learning Group is looking for a freelance resource who can work with one of our clients as follows:
  • October 1 through mid-December
  • 24 hours per week
  • Initially need to work on-site in Livonia (travel expenses will not be reimbursed)
  • Skills needed include project management, internal client management, and instructional design
  • Tasks may include things such as interfacing with internal clients, creating and managing project schedules, working with SMEs, coordinating the use of Jive, working with production resources, and reviewing materials for instructional integrity
  • Jump in and help move a variety of projects through the design and development process
