Youth Programs

We’ve been providing a fun and safe environment to help motivate and enrich the minds of today’s youth, in the San Francisco Bay Area, since 1989! Leave the screen behind and join in learning outside the box!

Long time supporters of our programs know how much our hands-on, small group interactive storytelling impacts the lives of our players. Classroom environments can be limiting and boring for some students. Becoming a vibrant contributing adult in our society takes more than just completing a curriculum and passing tests.

Working with small (4 – 6) groups of students, we give players “missions” that create challenging scenarios. These scenarios require logic, common sense, and, most critically, teamwork to solve. Players are exposed to biology, mathematics, earth sciences, philosophy, and ethics in a supportive and fun environment. We allow youth to make mistakes in our games, providing them with the opportunity to learn how to recover as well as develop critical thinking skills that carry over into real life.

Adult Programs

Did you play tabletop roleplaying games in your youth? Do you still now? The Roleplay Workshop Adult program is for you! Our adult games capture the same fun of traditional tabletop roleplaying games, but we custom-craft your games from scratch for you! Our game masters have decades of experience perfecting compelling and exciting storytelling for people of all ages and interests.

We offer several groups for adults, using a variety of game systems. Each game world is sculpted by the actions of all the game groups in that setting – creating truly an epic scale of adventure and high stakes adventures. Story arcs for these games are geared for adults, and are fast paced, dangerous, and embroil the characters in the greater machinations of each game world.

We typically run Abantey, Cyberpunk 2020, and Serenity RPGs, however we have access to a wide range of game systems and are open to the idea of running other roleplaying systems if the group wishes. If you would like to have us run a campaign for you contact us!
