The population of Chinese has gone from 20,000 to 60,000+ in Mexico City. It seems the vast majority of the new immigrants is Mandarin speaking Chinese professionals as China has huge investment in Mexico for business. The new development creates significant opportunity for doing church planting among Mandarin speaking Chinese professionals. I truly believe that we cannot do anything without the power of the Holy Spirit, just as the Lord Almighty said, “Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit.” (Zechariah 4:6)
