Hello!

The week we've been waiting for all summer is finally here! This Thursday, October 5th, is the premier of the new season of the Wisconsin Life TV show! We can't wait for you to meet our new host, Angela Fitzgerald. Clear your calendar, set your DVR, gather all your friends and family for Wisconsin Life at 7PM on WPT and 7:30PM on Milwaukee Public Television.

On the radio, we recently shared the first of what will be a series of Aldo Leopold's "lost" radio talks. Leopold began giving talks on WHA's "College of the Air" (on what is today's Wisconsin Public Radio) in 1933, soon after he was appointed chair of game management at the UW-Madison. Unfortunately, we don’t have the actual recordings but we do have the transcripts thanks to Professor Stan Temple, who held the same position as Leopold at the UW until his retirement. Stan stood in for Leopold for our recording and shared why these messages still matter today.

Have a great week!
