CMON Limited Appoints Jules Vautour as COO
Today, October 3, 2017, CMON Limited (“CMON”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announced Jules Vautour (“Jules”) has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) as of October 1, 2017. He joined the Group in March 2016 as Sales Director and has since grown in his role along with the company. In this new position, his expertise in the tabletop industry and management are hugely beneficial as he provides daily oversight of the Group’s business in all of North America.
Jules has a long, successful history within the hobby industry. From May 2009 to August 2012, he was a Canadian National Sales Representative for ILO307 Inc. Then, he moved into the position of Sales Director for Asmodee Editions Inc. from August 2012 to December 2015. In this role, he was responsible for the sales of their games and all of their US based studios. During his time as Sales Director of the Group, he has helped usher CMON into a time of great growth within the industry.
“I’m humbled and grateful that CMON trusts me with this position,” says Jules. “I look forward to embarking on this next step with the rest of the team.”
As COO, Jules will continue to oversee sales throughout the world along with managing the daily activities of CMON’s American and newly-opened Canadian offices. Jules’ relationship with distributors and retailers remains unchanged in his move to COO.
