Maintaining Your Vessel

Not everyone has the chance to use their vessels over the colder months. This is a timely reminder to check all of your safety equipment before heading out on the lakes now that the weather is improving.

Prepare your vessel with the essentials;

  • Replace stale fuel and oil
  • Ensure batteries are fully charged and terminals are clean
  • Ensure all safety equipment is on board, up to date and in a good working condition - such as lifejackets, waterproof torches, flares and fire extinguishers, radio/EPIRB
