If you are a relative, carer, dementia patient or work in the NHS, Local Authority or voluntary sector we want to hear your views on the proposed change as we will be responding to the consultation.

Tell us about your experiences of working in mental health

A poignant response to our ongoing mental health survey:

"I have been working in Mental Health for over 25 years. I love working with mental health service users & supporting them to manage their mental health  difficulties & achieve life goals. However, over the past 5 years, the cuts to services (both within NELFT & in voluntary services) has made it far more difficult to provide a good service. Over the past two years, lack of staff & resources has made it impossible to do anything other than fire-fight.

"I feel sad for all the service users not getting the service they deserve and demoralised at how over-worked myself & my colleagues are so that we cannot do our jobs properly."

Tell us about your experiences?
If you work in mental health services in the NHS, NELFT, Local Authority or voluntary sector we want to hear from you about the challenges you are facing and how this impacts on your own well being as well as people who use our services.

You can take part in our short survey here

Universal Credit - what is your experience?

Please send Inclusion London your experiences of Universal Credit. This could include your experience of the application process, the impact of being paid a month in arrears and there being no payment for the first seven days or any other information you would like to give.

The Work and Pensions Select Committee of MPs is holding an inquiry on the roll out of Universal Credit and Inclusion London intends to send evidence to the inquiry. Your experience would help to inform our evidence.

On line Hate – Victim’s Experience Survey

This survey is part of the Mayor of London’s work to improve our understanding of where, when and how hate crime happens in London, which will enable us to provide a better service to victims of all forms of hate. The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime is responsible for setting the policing priorities for London, and ensuring that the Metropolitan Police is able to respond effectively to the diverse needs of communities across London.

Working with the Metropolitan Police, we are currently setting up a project to investigate online hate crime. We want to understand the experiences and views of online hate victims to inform our work. Your views are important to us and will help us shape the design of the approach taken and support offered to victims.
