Fish National Fish Habitat Board Meeting Set for October 18-19 in Rapid City, SD

The National Fish Habitat Board will be hosting their next meeting in Rapid City, South Dakota Wednesday, October 18 (8:30am-5:00 pm MDT) and Thursday, October 19 (8:30 am – 12:00 pm MDT) at the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Outdoor Campus West (4130 Adventure Tr., Rapid City, South Dakota 57702).  
 
Following the meeting, there will be a field trip the afternoon of Thursday, October 19 to the Pactola Reservoir and Rapid Creek.  The following topics are expected to be covered at the October Board meeting.

- 2018 FHP Performance Evaluation

Fish Habitat Partnerships Benefit from Multi-State Conservation Grants

Some of our Fish Habitat Partnerships recently received funding through the Multi-State Conservation Grant Program for 2018 project funding (Partnerships and funding amounts listed below).  This funding helps our Fish Habitat Partnerships meet unmet conservation needs through collaboration with other Partnerships on projects of mutual interest.  We will update our website and newsletter as these projects begin in 2018.
