This is the first of four daily emails that you will receive over the course of the symposium. These emails will contain important reminders, any general meeting announcements and the daily schedule-at-a-glance.

Registration
Check in at the registration desk in Salon I-V Hallway to retrieve your badge, meeting packet, and program book(s) before proceeding to the session room.
If you’ve registered for the Fast Track, check in between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM. Breakfast, breaks and lunch today are included in your Fast Track registration.
If you’ve registered for the general symposium, check in at registration at your convenience. The program will begin at 4:15pm and all-inclusive meals begin with dinner tonight.*
WiFi and Meeting Room
Free WiFi is available throughout the conference center. To connect, select Emory Hotel as the WiFi network. If you’re staying at the hotel, enter your room number when prompted. If you’re a local attendee, enter ISER as your room number.
As with most hotels, meeting rooms can get chilly, please bring a light sweater or jacket with you.
Fast Track Group Photo
There will be a Fast Track attendee group photo during the afternoon break from 2:50 PM - 3:00 PM. Please follow the meeting organizers to participate.
Welcome Reception
The location for the Welcome Reception has changed! Join us in the Garden Courtyard for the Welcome Reception, tonight from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM. There will be an open bar and light appetizers.
Speakers/Oral Presenters
Bring your presentation to the AV team in the amphitheater the day before your presentation during a morning or afternoon break (not lunch) or the morning of your presentation between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (6:00 AM – 7:00 AM on Thursday). Please note that we don’t have a speaker ready room.
Poster Presenters
Poster presentation set up begins tomorrow, Friday, at 6:30 AM in Salons III-V + Garden Overlook. All posters must be set up by 8:00 AM tomorrow. If you’re not sure of your poster number, come to the registration desk.
*Local attendees do not have dinner included in their registration fee but are welcome to pay the hotel a la carte if they wish to stay for dinner.
