 Travel Awardee Poster Contest
Poster viewing is open from 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM today. Don’t forget to vote for your top three travel awardee poster presentations! Look for the blue Travel Awardee ribbon on some of the poster presentations and vote for your top three on the ballot provided in your registration packet. Turn your ballot into the registration desk or the ballot box outside the session room by 4:15 PM today. Winners will be announced at tonight’s Gala Dinner.
Awards Reception and Gala Dinner
Join us tonight in Salons I-III for the Awards Reception, from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM, and the Gala Dinner, from 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Travel Awardee oral presenters and winners of the poster contest will be announced.
Speakers/Oral Presenters
Bring your FINAL presentation to the AV team in the back of the amphitheater the day before your presentation anytime between 7:00am-6:20pm. Please note that we don’t have a speaker ready room so your presentation should be finalized.
Local Attendees
If you wish to join your colleagues for breakfast today, you may do so by purchasing this meal a la carte directly from the hotel.
