Meeting Announcements for Sunday, October 8

Poster Presentations and Tear Down

Poster presentations are up for viewing through the end of the morning break at 10:30 AM. Poster Presenters must remove their posters between 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Any posters left up after 1:00 PM will be discarded.

Hotel Check Out and Luggage Storage

Hotel check out is at noon. If you wish to have the hotel store your luggage until you leave, please check out as soon as possible and call the bellman or bring your luggage to the front desk for storage until your departure.

Meeting Evaluation

Please be on the lookout for the meeting evaluation in your email inbox this week. The evaluation shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete. We appreciate you taking time to provide your feedback.

Speakers/Oral Presenters

If you’re presenting today and haven’t turned in your presentation yet, bring your presentation to the AV team between 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM or during the morning break. Please note that we don’t have a speaker ready room.
