And so that's the end of my time in Trinidad and the Caribbean! It was absolutely amazing and my cup is filled and running over with lots of memories. I really thank God for each and every one you that I met, those who encouraged me, called me and helped me with different things! I am also grateful for the believers in Tobago that took the time to come out to my presentation and all their support. For me the biggest surprise of all was going to Jamaica and I truly thank the Lord for that opportunity. I am even more happy about the people who decided to take the next step towards missions..Yayy. The more of us the better.
So what's next, I will be in New York until December 2nd. I thank God for a little less busier schedule, however please pray for the remaining presentations that I will be doing.

Something to think about...
Coming down to the end of my time in Trinidad, I had a very interesting experience. I never thought that being a missionary would be an open door for me to witness to missionaries of ANOTHER religion. We knew what it was like to live in a foreign country and the struggles of sharing our faith with unbelievers. They were serving in Trinidad for two years which to me is very commendable and I was very moved by their ages: 19 and 20. Every time I think about our encounter I am moved to tears because the Devil is truly a LIAR, seeking to kill and destroy our lives. Here were these two young men giving their time to preach something that they were convinced to be the truth and little did they know that they have been deceived! What a great tragedy that they have yet to understand that there is only one High Priest and His name is JESUS CHRIST, the one who can sympathize with all our weaknesses because he was tempted in every way, yet without sin. He has made us a chosen nation and a royal priesthood. Oh how it aches my soul for them to believe that our High Priest is a man, for how shall they truly know what is like to experience the forgiveness of sin? From whom shall they experience this liberty and peace? Who is going to lead them to truth? Sometimes we may think that we may have to go to the ends of the earth to share the truth but in fact God can bring those people right to our doorsteps. Some of those people may even be living in our homes, they may be our neighbours and people in our jobs and community. My friend don't be deceived into believing that this is not your calling, God is depending on you to be courageous and faithful. Can you imagine that someone could have gone to heaven if only you were kind enough to tell them about it? Let's also remember that if we cannot love our brothers and sisters who we can see, it is impossible to love God whom we cannot see.

Prayer Requests

Please continue to pray for the islands that were affected by the hurricanes. My really good friend's family lives in one of those islands. Pray that the believers won't grow discouraged but reach out to others in their time of need.
Please pray for the two young men that I was witnessing too. Pray that somehow the Lord will remove the blindness from their eyes to see the truth.
Pray with me as I continue to prepare myself mentally for when I return to Africa. There are a lot of things that I can be anxious about but i'm trusting the Lord...
Please pray for the Tobago campsite. I had the privilege to go visit the site and it is coming along quite nicely but there is so so much to be done. They need the funds to keep things moving so if the Lord leads you to contribute that will be great. It will be our very own brethren campsite, the 1st!
