Stanley Greenberg and Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Open New Chapter

In 1980 Stanley Greenberg founded a new polling company that helped to revolutionize American polling, modernize the Democratic Party, elect Bill Clinton to the White House, and worked with scores of progressive leaders in politics, business, and advocacy, in the US and around the world. Today, Greenberg Quinlan Rosner sets a global standard for innovative methodologies, consistent accuracy, and penetrating insight.

This year opens a new chapter for Stan and GQR. Day-to-day management of the firm now moves to Managing Partners Anna Greenberg and Jeremy Rosner. Long-time partner Al Quinlan, who helped secure Sen. Maggie Hassan’s victory in 2016, continues to drive GQR polling programs and strategic advice in major campaigns nationwide. This year GQR also promoted Kristi Lowe and Elizabeth Sena to become partners, added long-time DNC Chief Operating Officer Lindsey Reynolds as GQR’s new COO, and expanded its Digital and Data Analytics practices. In addition to its offices in London and Toronto, GQR will open 2018 at a new headquarters office – 1101 15^th Street, NW, in the heart of downtown Washington, DC – and with an expanded list of clients, including over 20 races for the US House and Senate, the re-election campaigns for New York Mayor Bill de Blasio and Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, and political, corporate, and non-profit clients worldwide.

Stanley Greenberg continues as GQR’s Founding Partner. Now, all his work for global leaders, political parties and companies is conducted independently through Greenberg Research. He and James Carville will continue producing data-driven insights for progressives through Democracy Corps, the project they founded in 1999 and which now partners with Women's Voices Women Vote, the Roosevelt Institute, Public Citizen's Trade Watch, and Every Voice.  Stan also continues his writing about social change, including the Democratic Party’s challenges with working class voters, as recently featured in the American Prospect. He continues to help modernizing leaders in the UK, continental Europe, South Africa, and Latin America.
