La Secretaría de Cumbres de las Américas anuncia el primer foro virtual en preparación de la VIII Cumbre de las Américas, la cual será celebrada en la ciudad de Lima, Perú los días 13 y 14 de abril del 2018. El foro se enfocará en el tema central de la Octava Cumbre: "Gobernabilidad Democrática frente a la Corrupción” y sus tres ejes temáticos: a) Gobernabilidad Democrática y Corrupción; b) Corrupción y Desarrollo Sostenible; c) Aspectos de Cooperación, Institucionalidad Internacional y Alianzas Público Privadas.

Al finalizar el foro, se pondrá a disposición de todos los actores involucrados de Cumbres, incluidos los países partícipes del Proceso de Cumbres, instituciones internacionales del GTCC y otros actores sociales, un informe sobre los resultados de la discusión.  Esperamos contar con su activa participación.

The Summits of the Americas Secretariat is pleased to announce the first virtual forum in preparation for the VIII Summit of the Americas to be held in Lima, Peru, on April 13-14, 2018. The forum will focus on the VIII Summit theme: “Democratic Governance against Corruption” and its three subthemes: a) Democratic Governance and Corruption; b) Corruption and Sustainable Development; c) Corruption, International Institutions, and Public-Private Partnerships.
