A L O H A I hope to start emailing you a special note every month and Fall seemed like the perfect time to start! The past 10 months have been such a whirlwind! The long lazy days of summer are behind us and the crisp fall air is so fresh and cool. I love the fall, the weather drops to a cool crisp 70° For us. LOL. My kids are super excited for Halloween, and the holidays are coming up fast! I can’t believe they are already selling Christmas decorations in the stores! Pretty soon the Christmas lights will go up on the palm trees!
Kiana Castle 🏡🌴For the past 10 months we have been remodeling a 2 acre French Country Estate that was vacant for 10 years. We’ve NEVER remodeled any of our homes before (not even a single room) so we figured a 2 acre property is a good place to start! BIG LOL. Guess it’s the “Go Big or Go Home” mentality I’ve had since the bodybuilding days! We took down walls, modified ceilings and so much more. This has been quite a learning process, super exciting and rewarding. I love being creative, selecting colors, textures. I post many of my remodeling pictures on my Instagram and Facebook accounts.
If your Ohana is anything like mine we rarely have a free moment. With school starting, basketball season, soccer games, piano, guitar lessons, homework, there’s never a dull moment. I’m really excited to be starting the design process for new Kiana Fitness Studio to train in and also film Kiana’s EGYM episodes. It’s going to be beautiful and such a wonderful place to film and workout. The image below is filmed at my previous eGym.

Kiana Community: It feels so good to give back to the Community. Having lived the fitness lifestyle my whole life, working in health and fitness for over 30 years, I am passionate about motivating everyone to live their healthiest life. I didn’t start until I was 16, I want to motivate little kids to be aware of healthy choices and be more active.

I’ve also been giving seminars to the High School sports teams on healthy eating. The seminar is called “Eating like an Athlete.”
