We have officially began the season of cooler weather, changing leaves and shorter days. While this is by far my favorite season, it is also our busiest season. Kids are back in school which means shuttling said kids around and sports and activities start back up too. And then daylight gets less and less. It feels a bit like a mad dash every evening to get in a workout and get all things accomplished and the animals and humans fed doesn’t it? So I’m sharing my favorite weeknight recipes today. These may not be the most exciting or fancy but they are tried and true and easy to put together with everything else you have going on. I hope these recipes can help you guys tackle your weeknights just a little bit easier.
Crockpot Italian Turkey Meatballs www.skinnytaste.com/crock-pot-italian-turkey-meatballs/ Real talk: I skip the fresh parsley and use Newman’s jarred pasta sauce for the sake of time. Serve over microwaved steamer veggies or boil some pasta. Voila!
