JOIN OUR FIRST GROUP FOR THE “ 60+ and Active” programme
ARE YOU INTERESTED IN LEARNING ABOUT WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AS YOU JOURNEY THROUGH YOUR 60’S, 70’S and ON?!

The course involves:

· One initial assessment of half an hour with a physiotherapist.

· 6 interactive group sessions: (Session 6 and 7 will be combined in week 6)
Physical and mental Fitness, Nutritionist, Quiz questions, Weekly handouts and Resources

· Short Follow Up Reassessment to measure health and balance stability goals

We will be running the first group as a Pilot study. Susie Bond with Physio, Amanda Chiu and a nutritionist (Week 3) will be group facilitators. Please join us for this fun, informative course.

TIME: Initial assessment prior to 26^th October; Thursdays from 26^th October to 7^th December.

COST: $20/ one hour class plus $60 per half hour pre course assessment. Total $180.00.

(Health fund claims or medicare ECP claims will be possible.)

TIME: Thursday 1130am -1230pm/ 1pm

Go to Mat & Barre Classes drop down, the class timetable can be seen at Costs & Timetable
Select Book Online
Select Classes tab at the top to look at the classes on offer
Select Appointments tab to look at the private classes availability

**You will need to create an account or enable access to your account before you can book in.

If you have not attended any classes you will need to follow the prompts to Create an Account

If you have already been attending Mat & Barre Classes this year you will find your name in the system already but you’ll just need to create a password.
Select Need password? Found under the boxes at the top right corner of the page
Insert your email address in the space provided
You will then receive an email with a link to create a password

Navigate around your personal details to ensure everything has been added correctly.

Benefits of this system are:

You can book in and early cancel your classes yourself
You can sign yourself in if you decide to get the Mind Body Online app on your phone
Presently we want you to book in without payment.

Samaritan Purse Shoe Box Christmas Gifts

It’s that time of year again! We are considering children in developing countries, who may never know the joy of receiving a gift. This has been a regular charity which Evolution Pilates support over the past 5 years. In 2016 we were able to send about 17 boxes of treasures and goodies with the generous support of our special staff and clients.
Lee has boxes at reception. There are flyers at reception explaining how you can pack them. They ask for a payment of just $10.00 to cover shipping costs, this can easily be paid online at www.operationchristmaschild.org.au They would then issue you with a label, which you can attach to the box. The label has a barcode so you can track which country it goes to.
Please return the boxes the week of Mon 23 October 2017.
