Uncanny how meticulously life longs for and patiently seeks out our growth, leaving no stone unturned.
Last summer I unravelled. Everything I had been working towards no longer made sense. A devastating 'background' feeling I had spent over a decade working with through my Focusing and embodiment trainings, flipped to the foreground and became my waking reality. Through time and grace, that something which so compellingly sought my awareness broke through and completed what it was needing through the fabric of my life.
Last newsletter I shared how I met Carnatic singer Charulatha Mani around Autumn Equinox. Within the same week, by serendipitous chance/design, I also met detox coach Jonathon Eyles. For over six months Jonathon has worked closely with me, supporting me through a systematic wholebody detox process, based on the work of herbalist and biochemist Dr Robert Morse, and Luigi Gino di Serio, founder of the Masterfast System.
I am so grateful for the gifts that have emerged from this journey towards greater wholeness. One of these is THROUGH THE CLOUDS, a musical collaboration with Charulatha and HHAARRPP (Luke Jaaniste) this Saturday evening 21 October at Magda's in Bardon. Playing music with Charu and Luke is an effortlessly gorgeous unfolding. I will share more soon about what's rolling in through the realms of creative development and Wholebody Focusing training opportunities.
