We are bringing our 1920's cider press to the market this week. You can purchase apples from Agriberry Farm, so bring a container if you would like to bring home some cider.
We are also offering Knife Sharpening this week, so bring your knives...first come, first served. Donations gladly accepted!
We have an amazing assortment of fruits and vegetables, as wells as pastured poultry and meats, baked goods, honey, textile and fiber products, jams, jellies, skin care products, dog treats, local wines, homemade soaps and LOTS more! Live music and FREE kid's activities. Our friend Tony Fauntleroy will be entertaining us this week.
Make sure to visit our sponsor, Bath Fitters, at the market this week, and please thank them for generously sponsoring our market!
If you are missing out on your delish360 homemade waffles and other vegan and/or gluten free baked goods, delish360 is taking pre-orders during the week for delivery on Saturday mornings. Sorry, but no coffee or hot to-go items will be available this week. Make sure to give their new Facebook page a Like to stay informed on how you can pre-order!
Grandpa Eddie's is doing another special Pop-Up Restaurant with their new food truck this week, so make sure to bring your appetites!
See you there!

Goochland Fairground Farmers Market
|
|
Goochland Fairground Farmers Market is now closed for the season. Thank you all so much for your support. See you next May!
|

Our markets are run by paid staff and governed by an all-volunteer board. We operate without any county, state or federal funding. We rely solely on vendors fees, sponsorships and fundraising efforts to run our seasonal and pop-up markets and low cost/no-cost educational programs.
We are specifically looking for: a Real Estate Agent, an Insurance Agent, and another company or organization that can support our Chef at the Market program.
Find out how your company or organization can benefit by supporting the mission of RVAg! Click here for details, or contact Lisa Dearden for more information.

RVAg, the 501(c)(3) non-profit that owns and operates both Manakin Market and Goochland Fairground Farmers Market, is a GREAT place for new farmers and local artists to incubate their emerging businesses. We are still accepting applications for the 2017 Market Season. If you, or someone you know, would like to apply, please use our convenient ONLINE application! In the meantime, we hope to see you at one or both of our markets next week!
