According to London’s Sunday Times, flutist Robert Stallman “dazzles because of his penetrating artistry”. This artistry distinguishes all facets of Stallman’s career as soloist, chamber musician, recording artist, editor/arranger and impresario. His schedule has included appearances at New York's Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, Boston’s Symphony Hall and Jordan Hall, London's Wigmore Hall, Paris’s Salle Pleyel, Vienna's Konzerthaus and Tokyo's Suntory Hall, as well as guest performances with the American Symphony, Strings of the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Royal Philharmonic and eminent chamber orchestras such as the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra, the Czech Chamber Orchestra and the Suk Chamber Orchestra.
A guest artist at many festivals over the years, including Mostly Mozart (New York), Musique à Cimiez (France), Cesky Krumlov (Czech Republic), and Kuhmo (Finland), In 2015, Robert was invited to be the first American soloist featured at the Norsk Flute Festival (Norway) in their long history. Robert has also appeared with numerous chamber groups in the US and Europe, including the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Speculum Musicae, and the Alexander, Mendelssohn, Muir, Orion, St. Petersburg and St. Lawrence Quartets in the US; the Artis Quartet in Vienna; and the Vlach and Martinu Quartets of Prague. For twenty seasons he directed the Marblehead Summer Music Festival on Boston’s North Shore, presenting “special occasions in every sense of the word” (The Boston Globe), and attracting young artists who now are among the world’s musical elite. Robert has given master classes across the USA, and in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, England, France, Austria, Germany, Norway, the Czech Republic, the Ukraine, Greece, China and Japan.

Pianist Dmitriy Cogan was born in Moscow in 1963 and began music studies at the age of six at the Central Music School there. In 1974 he moved with his family to the United States and settled in San Francisco. He studied conducting at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and continued his piano studies with Vladimir Pleshakov and Maria Cysic. In 1979 he moved to New York to study with Martin Canin at the Julliard School of Music, where he received Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees. He has performed publicly since the age of nine in Moscow and made his American début in 1975. In 1976, he won the Junior Bach Festival Competition in Berkeley. Cogan also won competitions in the 1980s in New York, Cincinnati and Cleveland, and in 1990, the Jose Iturbi International Piano Competition in Valencia, Spain. He has appeared in numerous solo and chamber music concerts in the New York and San Francisco areas, as well as across the US. Touring Russia in 1993, he gave an acclaimed series of concerts in Moscow and other cities.
