November rain, and wind and darkness. A month in which things get serious. And as Guns ’n Roses wrote: ‘ It’s hard to hold a candle in the cold November rain’. So don’t face this month on your own, but join Spectrum and make the best of it. We have a creative Dia de los Muertos activity for you to start with and groups for singing together, discussing together, meditating together and cooking together. This month we even present to you: a training for happiness! Grab every chance to hold a candle and we can make this a warm month indeed.

Dating from old Inka traditions, the Mexicans have a special way of remembering the dead and celebrating life! They celebrate Dia de los Muertos , day of the dead, on November 1st and 2nd. Spectrum Creative Studio brings the sugar skulls and coloured drawings to the podium in the Forum building. Join a special lunch activity on this special day that is also in other countries a day of ‘all saints’ and ‘all souls’. We will be colouring Sugar Skull designs and marshmallows during lunchtime so meet us on the Form building podium in the hall.

Wetenschap en religie
Date: 12/11/2017 Time: 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM Location: Building with the clock - Office SPC
Wetenschap naast religie.
Peace for your mind in the middle of your day: come to Orion building to sit in meditation with a small group. Recharge your energy and resume your day of studies with new focus and enthousiasm.
Feel free to walk in and try!
