Where To Park Your Car

Option #1: FREE parking with a Sower's Cup hang-tag!

This year, we were able to arrange for a total of 40 parking spots in the City-County Employee Garage. It's about five blocks away, but at least it's free!

HOW TO GET YOUR PERMIT:

1. Enter the Grand Manse driveway from N. 10th St.
2. Obtain a parking permit from our staff on duty.
3. Go to the County/City Parking Garage (10th & K)
4. Park and display your Sower’s Cup permit.
5. Walk back to the Grand Manse building.

Our parking attendant volunteer will ONLY be on duty at these times:

  • 5:00pm - 5:45pm on Friday    (Friday Round Parking)
  • 7:15am - 8:00am on Saturday (AM & PM Round Parking)
  • 5:15pm - 5:45pm on Saturday (Banquet Parking)

If you arrive outside of these check-in times, you will have to call us at (402) 318-6989 so we can bring a parking permit downstairs to you!!

Vehicles parked in the City/County lot without a valid
Sower’s Cup Parking Permit on display WILL GET TOWED!

  • Friday permits are valid from 5:30pm to 11:30pm.
  • Saturday permits are valid from 7:00am to 5:30pm.
  • Banquet permits are valid from 5:30pm to 11:30pm.
  • Please be sure to move your car before your permit(s) expire!
All cars parked at this garage must have a Sower's Cup Parking Permit on display in the windshield! We are issuing them on a first-come basis.

If you are only judging the morning or afternoon session - not all-day - please consider parking in a nearby garage so that our all-day judges can park here.

Option #2: UNL, State, Haymarket Employees: Use Your Permit!

If you have a work permit that lets you park in the downtown/Haymarket area - Please use your tag and leave one of the Sower's Cup Permits available for somebody who needs it!  Take note, UNL employees: Your "A" Lot parking tag puts you a mere 1-1/2 blocks from Boiler Brewing - closer than everyone else!
