Three to five things before bed to help you wind down before sleep. This will help get your brain and body prepped for a more restful sleep. And, this does not mean scrolling your phone! Turn off those electronics and pick up a book and journal before you turn off that light. The last thoughts will be your first thoughts in the morning, make sure they are full of goodness.
I'm headed to Great Day St. Louis this morning, talking the importance of hobbies. And, I think I may take my three with me... I know I have the weirdest hobby but seriously it makes me happy!
Last night I went to bed sure, confident, excited and so happy.
The light of morning, before filling up with all my good #SelfCare,
brings spears of doubt and fear.
So, I speak them to my peeps in the arena with me.
So, I listen to His word and my truth.
So, I laugh at these crazy, funny dogs of mine.
So, I choose brave.
