The Mighty Mile


We're still working on collecting the sponsorship and donations from last Saturday's Mighty Mile event.
I swung my 28kg Kettlebell for a Mile, joined around 40 others who Swung, Lunged or Crawled around 4 laps of the track.

All for the RehabCare HOPS Centre and the Mental Health Reform

That's not all..

AM Fitness also did their own event.
McClaren PT from Edinburgh did a Mile for the Scottish Association of Mental Health

And my Kettleheads GS Team, who are competing this weekend and again in November, decided to do their Mile in December, detail on that to come.
