...but the greatest of these is love.

We have been looking every Monday night this semester in RUF Large group at the different facets of love in 1 Corinthians 13. Please keep praying the Lord will use His Word to convict us, renew our hearts, and teach us through His perfect love that we may know Jesus redeems every aspect of our lives and our relationships. By God's grace alone, I had the opportunity to study God's Word and teach in Large Group in early October. Thank you for so many of your prayers and support. Fall Retreat at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat

Two weeks ago we took 113 students down to Panama City Beach, FL for our annual Fall Retreat. This weekend was full of worship, fellowship on the beach, and plenty of sun! Our guest speaker, Pastor Ron Brown, walked us through God's Word in four Large Group sessions on the topic of True Christian Community. After each large group, students would split up into small groups and discuss the sermon together. It was encouraging to see so many new friendships made and hear students share with each other how God was at work in their lives. Thank you for your prayers!

Ministry Team

Above or to the left is a picture of a few of our Ministry Team members. It has been so encouraging to see our students pursuing the unreached on this campus, leading Bible studies, showing Gospel Hospitality to those who are unfamiliar with RUF and loving one another. RUF is student lead and God is at work through these students. Please pray as we walk through the book, Freedom of Self-Forgetfulness by Tim Keller, God would lead our students/staff individually and as a team to deny ourselves and re-live the Gospel everyday.

My wife, Alexandra and I - that God would use her as she continues her job as a nurse on the Pediatrics floor at EAMC Hospital. He would continue to strengthen and protect our marriage as we serve in Auburn together!
Students - God would grow, challenge, and allow students to get plugged into a local Church. Please pray God changes and converts a student's heart.
Prayer Group - Alex and I have been hosting a weekly Prayer Group for students at our house every Wed. morning at 7:30a.m. . We have breakfast/coffee, fellowship, and then spend 30-45 min. praying through Scripture, for each other and for various prayer requests. Please pray God will continue to teach us how to pray and grow our prayer live's individually and as a group. Pray that through our prayers we will come to know Him more and glorify Him!
