Gotta Love THAT's 2 NEW Brews!

Franz Gruber Hefeweizen: Our 1st wheat beer! This copper golden wheat beer has a lush white foam. Great fragrance of banana and citrus fruits. ABV 4.5% IBU 29

Doppelsticke Altbier (10 oz snifter): Doppelsticke = strong "double" Alt- style ale. Originally, the creation of the Düsseldorf Altbier brewpub Uerige. We brew this “secret beer” only in the Fall. ABV 8.5% IBU 36

Housematd Ziti every Sunday with homemade soup & salad. Starts at 2 pm till sold out. This is based on a lot of requests after Chef Val made ziti for Fire on the Rim dinner event.
