The Federal Reserve has indicated that it will continue to raise rates. This will put some downward pressure on pricing in the coop market. The third hike to be set in December.
The house is approving tax cuts, up to $1.5 trillion over the course of the next 10 years. How will this affect consumer behavior in real estate?
With increased taxes & regulations, the NYC REITS are getting hammered. NY commercial properties are out of favor for the time being while investors & developers are focusing on the west coast market.
The rise of global nationalism is slowing down the flow of capital throughout the world, affecting cities like NYC, LA, & DC.

Sales inventory increased 1.48% in the month of October and increased 12.35% year over year.
Apartments in contract increased 4.93% in the month of October, and decreased 4.92% year over year.
Monthly contracts signed increased 24.88% from August to September, and 0.46% year over year.
