Important information about a college scholarship program for 9th graders will be discussed at the John B. Campbell Center on
Tuesday, October 24th at 6:30 p.m.

Dear Acorn Fund Participant,

It’s never too soon to think about planning for college for your children.  If you’re thinking about how to afford college, then we look forward to seeing you at this Information Session about the Give Something Back Scholarship Program

Once accepted into the program, 9th graders are paired with a trained mentor for their high school year, receive help with college applications and can earn a scholarship at a partner school which will allow most to graduate college debt free!

To apply, you must attend an Information Session in October where you will have the opportunity to complete the College Cost Estimator, a requirement for application.

You are eligible to apply for this program/scholarship if you are in 9th grade and would be eligible for free or reduced lunch. This Information Session and the Give Something Back application are free.

The Information Session at the at the John B. Campbell Center on Tuesday, October 24th at 6:30 p.m. is occurring around dinner time, so we’ll have pizza and beverages for all attendees.

Computers will be available to complete the College Cost Estimator.  You will need to bring:Your 2016 tax return OR a current pay stub. This must be completed by November 1, 2017.

Additional Information about Give Something Back Scholarships.

If you can’t make this session you can attend the Information Session on Saturday, Oct 21 @10am, Business School Room 104, Rowan University, 201 Mullica Hill Rd, Glassboro, NJ.
