What is Mindfulness?

As you are aware, this practice has become a big part of school curricula. As Catholics, the term can be quite misleading, and lends itself to a broader definition. Therefore, I have been in talks with our Superintendent, Father Cioppi, and the MCIU consultants in order to put together information that will hopefully clarify this.
