This panel session asks how we interact with games with historical content and the role they play in articulating understandings of history. The panel will feature: Dr Rowan Tulloch (MMCCS), Daniel Keogh (Educational Games Designer, 3P Learning), and Abbie Hartman (MHPIR).

Related Histories: Studying the Family

Related Histories offers an opportunity for family historians to explore family history-making from a range of different perspectives and to build relationships between academic and non-academic researchers. This two-day conference is convened by the National Centre of Biography, Australian National University and Centre for Applied History in partnership with the National Library of Australia.

The Oxford Handbook of Public History, released this month, is a reference text for public historians that introduces major debates within public history, the methods, sources and practice of the public historian, and a map for understanding the historical landscape of the future.
